2. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) & Confidentiality

By joining our program or using our services, you agree to the following confidentiality terms:

  • All information shared within FBA Nexus, including strategies, training materials, group discussions, and business insights, is strictly confidential and cannot be shared, copied, distributed, or disclosed to any third party.

  • Any leak of confidential information will result in immediate termination of your access, potential legal action, and financial penalties.

  • You are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or use any proprietary knowledge gained from FBA Nexus for commercial purposes outside of your personal Amazon business.

  • Violating the NDA will result in permanent banning from FBA Nexus and potential legal consequences.

3. Acceptance of Terms Upon Enrollment

By enrolling in any of our courses, training programs, or services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. No additional signature is required. Your participation in the program is an acknowledgment of your binding acceptance of these Terms.

4. Services Provided

FBA Nexus offers services related to Amazon FBA, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon FBA training courses

  • Product research and sourcing guidance

  • Logistics and supply chain management strategies

  • Amazon account management support

  • Marketing and brand-building consultancy

  • Access to a private, confidential community of Amazon sellers

5. User Responsibilities

By using FBA Nexus, you agree:

  • Not to share, disclose, or distribute any information, resources, or strategies learned within the group.

  • To abide by Amazon’s Terms of Service, as FBA Nexus is not affiliated with Amazon and has no control over their policies.

  • That you alone are responsible for any actions you take regarding your Amazon FBA business.

  • That any attempt to reverse engineer or copy FBA Nexus’s methodologies for resale or redistribution will result in legal action.

6. Amazon Account Responsibility & Risk Disclaimer

  • FBA Nexus provides guidance and strategies but does not guarantee success or compliance with Amazon’s policies.

  • You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with selling on Amazon, including potential account deactivation, suspension, or termination.

  • FBA Nexus is not responsible for any Amazon policy violations, account deactivations, or financial losses.

  • You agree that you cannot hold FBA Nexus liable for any action taken against your Amazon account.

7. Payment, Refunds, and Access

  • All payments are final. Due to the nature of our digital content and training, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

  • Access to the training, courses, or community may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

  • Any attempt to dispute payments or chargebacks will result in an immediate ban from all FBA Nexus services and possible legal action.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All training materials, videos, templates, and resources provided by FBA Nexus are 100% proprietary and protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not record, duplicate, share, or redistribute any materials obtained through FBA Nexus.

  • Unauthorized distribution of FBA Nexus content will result in immediate legal action.

9. Termination & Breach of Terms

FBA Nexus reserves the right to:

  • Terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

  • Pursue legal action against individuals who breach the NDA or intellectual property rights.

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

FBA Nexus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
